Q: What is Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)?
A:
Paintless Dent Repair is an innovative process of gently massaging out dings and dents from the inside of a damaged metal panel using specially designed tools. The
factory finish remains intact and the dents will never reappear. PDR saves you time and money while protecting the original paint finish of your vehicle! PDR is
environmentally safe, requiring no sanding, painting, electricity, or disposal of chemical waste.
Q: How much does PDR cost compared to traditional body shop repairs?
A:
On the average, choosing paintless dent repair can save you as much as 50 to 75% when compared to traditional repair methods involving filling, sanding and
repainting. Small dings start at just $75. We offer discounts for multiple dents. The true cost savings of PDR is much greater when your valuable time is considered. We
can complete your repair in less than one day, with mobile service usually completed within 1 hour, compared to the many days or even weeks required for traditional
repairs.

Windshield Repair FAQs
Q: What kinds of auto glass can be repaired?
A:
ProDent provides windshield chip repair for any type of vehicle: automobiles, trucks, sports-utilities, and recreational vehicles. There are four
different types of windshield rock chips that can occur; The Bulls-Eye, Combination Break, Half-Moon or Partial Bulls-Eye, and the Star Break. If the damage can be
completely covered by a U.S. Quarter, ProDent can fix it with our fast and friendly windshield repair service.
Q: How are the repairs conducted?
A:
Air is extracted from the opened area in the glass while resin is placed into the vacuum/damaged area. The resin seals the area preventing further damage, while
extraction of air reduces prior evidence of damage. We utilize a special UV light to cure the resin, providing a long lasting repair.
Q: I have a chip in my windshield, is it really important that I fix it right away?
A:
Yes! It's important for two reasons. Firstly, the chip should be filled in order to prevent any further cracking. The second reason to have a damaged windshield fixed is
for your own safety. The windshield is more than just a "shield" from wind and road dirt, it's an important structural element of your car. It helps keep you and your
passengers in the car in a front impact accident, and keeps your car's airbag in the optimum position so it can function as designed. If your windshield is weakened due
to damage, it could be dangerous to you and your passengers in the event of an accident. Also, damaged glass may cause optical impediments when driving,
particularly at night, which is a significant safety hazard.
LEASE RETURN INSPECTIONS
Lease Return Inspections
What are lease return recharges?
When you return your leased vehicle, you are responsible for any damages the leasing company deems as "excessive wear and tear". Your vehicle will be inspected by
the leasing company or dealership when you return it for any areas of damage deemed to be "excessive wear and tear". The cost of repairing any of this damage will be a
re-charge. The average vehicle Lessee is charged more than $1,800 when returning their vehicles - often for minor damage such as door dings, bumper scrapes, and
minor interior damage.
Normal vs. Excessive Wear?
Normal wear is the minor and reasonable wear a vehicle endures in everyday ordinary operation. Normal wear can include a few small door dings, paint scratches, stone
chips less than 2 inches in diameter. Excess wear includes occurrences beyond the normal or ordinary wear a vehicle endures. This includes wear caused by neglect,
abuse, damage, poor maintenance, changing the vehicle's appearance or using inferior parts and materials for repairs. Most damage over 2 inches in diameter fall into
this category.
How can ProDent saves you money on YOUR lease return?
We offer FREE End-Of-Lease Inspections! Our professional team will examine your vehicle for damage that you will likely be charged for when your lease expires. Our
full-service auto reconditioning center can help you keep some of this money in your pocket. When you are charged for damage to your leased vehicle, the price is
usually defined by a dealership's auto body repair
center or a major collision center - and these facilities will often simply replace damaged parts instead of repairing them.
